These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the spinplay platform and all services provided through spinplay.vip. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. Each player may hold only one spinplay account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in suspension and forfeiture of funds.
All spinplay bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus abuse, including multi-accounting or collusion, will result in account termination.
Withdrawals require completed KYC verification. spinplay processes withdrawals to GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank in Philippine Peso only.
Any attempt to exploit software bugs, use automated bots, or engage in fraudulent activity will result in immediate account closure and legal action where applicable.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these terms.
Each individual may hold only one (1) active spinplay account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. spinplay employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, spinplay reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and forfeit any balances held therein.
spinplay is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawals. KYC verification requires submission of a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. spinplay may request additional documentation at its discretion. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may have withdrawal requests suspended.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your spinplay login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time PIN with any third party. spinplay will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your spinplay account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified spinplay of unauthorized access. spinplay recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account to reduce the risk of unauthorized access.
spinplay accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other approved payment methods as listed on the platform. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion. Deposits are credited to your spinplay account in real time or within the processing time specified for each payment method. spinplay does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used must be registered in your own name.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. spinplay processes withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business hours for GCash and PayMaya, and within one (1) to three (3) business days for bank transfers. spinplay reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times. Withdrawals will not be processed until any applicable wagering requirements on bonus balances have been satisfied.
All bonuses and promotions offered by spinplay are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses carry a wagering requirement of thirty times (30x) the bonus amount before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Bonus funds are used before real money funds when placing wagers, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
spinplay actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements, using automated software to exploit promotional offers, or coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes. Where bonus abuse is detected, spinplay reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the Player's account.
Bonuses that are not claimed or activated within the specified validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. spinplay is not obligated to notify Players of impending bonus expiry, though it may do so as a courtesy.
All games available on spinplay use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems operated by licensed game providers. Game outcomes are determined independently of spinplay's systems and are not subject to manipulation by spinplay or any Player. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, spinplay reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's account. spinplay's decision in such matters is final.
Players are expected to engage with all spinplay games in good faith. Exploiting known or unknown software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.

All content on the spinplay platform — including but not limited to the spinplay brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, and design elements — is the intellectual property of spinplay or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the spinplay platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any spinplay content without prior written consent from spinplay.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, spinplay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service. spinplay's total liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim. spinplay does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and accepts no liability for service outages caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including network failures, third-party payment processor downtime, or force majeure events.

spinplay reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or receipt of a self-exclusion request. Upon account closure, any real money balance remaining after the deduction of applicable bonus balances and pending investigations will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to KYC completion. spinplay is not obligated to provide detailed reasons for account closure where doing so would compromise an ongoing investigation.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be submitted to spinplay's internal dispute resolution process. Players may submit a formal complaint by contacting spinplay support via live chat or email. spinplay will acknowledge all formal complaints within forty-eight (48) hours and endeavor to resolve them within fourteen (14) business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, it may be escalated to the relevant regulatory authority in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations.
spinplay reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the spinplay platform at least seven (7) days before taking effect, where practicable. Your continued use of spinplay following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
